Expanded metal (or called expanded steel) is metal sheet whose length is multiple times that of raw material formed by cutting, expanding and extending metal sheet with precision machines.
Materials:
All materials comply with the requirement of SPHC standard, one kind of hot-rolled steel sheet in mainland China as well as other steels (such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper).
Surface treatment:
Anti-rust surface treatment such as hot-dip galvanizing, galvanizing, baking paint, anodizing and PVC dipping, depending on their purposes.
Flattening:
The undulant surface of expanded metal is one of its advantages. It has extensive applications. If needed, it can be machined into flat products by using flattening machine.
